We are getting married!

After having searched for each other for more than 27 years we are now happy to announce that we will celebrate our wedding together on

June 1st 2019

Our Story

In October 2016 Leslie moved to Columbus, OH. Two weeks later she joined Grandview Run Club and went to their 172nd run (seriously, the group has gone almost 5 years without missing a single week!) at Barley’s Smokehouse. After the run, Leslie was approached by a goldendoodle, Oliver, who wanted attention (as most goldendoodles do). The goldendoodle was followed by his owner, Blake, who came over and introduced himself.

A few weeks later, at another run, Blake had the pleasure of meeting Leslie’s Dog Austin. Austin barked at Blake, drank his beer and ate Blake’s tater tots. Somehow, Blake wasn’t scared away. A couple months later, on Leslie’s birthday, Blake asked Leslie on their first date. Leslie, Blake, Oliver and Austin have been running together ever since.
